Pressure Cooker:
1. Empty the pouch into a pressure cooker and saute on medium flame for 5 minutes.
2. Add 1000 ml (4 cups) of water and cook with the lid closed under pressure for 15 minutes on medium flame.
3. Allow the pressure to release naturally from the cooker.
